The business with the distinctive title "LUIGI" (hereinafter "organizer") based in Kalochori, Thessaloniki, organizes a promotional activity ("competition") with the title: "Win one of the 6 iPhoneX".
Contestants will be informed about the competition from the company\'s site, newsletter, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and can participate in the competition ONLY through the website www.luigi.com.gr.
For the participation to be valid, the contestant must have participated with their name, date of birth, and email and repost (share) and like the respective post of the competition that the organizer will define at the time. They must also follow the @luigi_footwear profile on Instagram.
If it is found that the winner does not meet the participation conditions, they lose the related right, and the company is relieved of any obligation to the winner.

The competition will be hosted on the LuigiFootwear website (luigi.com.gr) and from the competition, a total of six (6) winners will be selected by electronic draw for a prize of an iPhoneX 64GB. The draws will take place sequentially every 2 months on a date specified by the organizer.
In the draw, only those who have correctly followed the page\'s requirements by Sunday, December 31, 2019, at 23:59 will enter. The purpose of these detailed terms, which have been submitted to the Notary Public of Thessaloniki, Eva Dimitriou, located in Thessaloniki at 25 Vasileos Herakliou Street, is to determine the terms of participation in the competition and the announcement of the winners.
The draws will take place at the headquarters of LuigiFootwear in Kalochori Thessaloniki, in the presence of a notary. The winners\' names will be announced on the company\'s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/luigifootwear/) as well as on the website www.luigi.com.gr

The right to participate is granted to individuals who have reached the age of 18 and have the capacity to act legally and are residents of EU member states. In the event that the participant is under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required, and the winner\'s prize must be claimed by the parent or guardian who provided consent for participation.

Excluded from the competition are the executives and employees of the organizing company "LuigiFootwear", the executives and employees of its subsidiary businesses, as well as the spouses and relatives of the aforementioned individuals by blood or marriage up to the second (b) degree.

The gifts can be shipped or picked up by the winners upon arrangement with the organizer. Any addition, removal, change, or modification after the closing date and time will not be valid and will not be accepted.
The gifts are received by the winner themselves, after verification of their details by showing their police ID or through courier service (ACS) after due verification by the organizer.

The participants\' data will be included in a database maintained by LuigiFootwear, which is the processor, located in Kalochori Thessaloniki tel. 2310545556. The data will be processed by the processor and individuals acting under their instruction or agreement for publicity purposes. Anyone interested in requesting the update or deletion of their data should contact the above address. In no case will the participants\' personal data be transferred, sold, or rented to third parties. The email provided by the participant may receive informative/advertising emails from the organizer.

The Participant, by accepting the present terms of participation in the aforementioned competition, declares unreservedly that they do not infringe on any third-party rights, particularly intellectual property rights, personal rights, and rights to the name of any third party. During the event, any defamatory, obscene comments, that may violate intellectual property rights or other third-party rights or contain any illegal content, will be deleted from the page. Participants must act legally and within the framework of these terms and customary and transactional ethics, assuming solely all related civil or criminal liability.

Participants in the competition provide their consent and authorization to the organizer for the promotion of the competition and its results through print, electronic media, and social networks. Thus, the organizer reserves the right to use and publish any news related to the awarding and draw of the prize for advertising purposes, while participation in the competition automatically constitutes consent for this. The participation automatically constitutes concerning the aforementioned and consent and assignment of the necessary intellectual property rights without any financial claim or requirement from the participants and without compensation or remuneration. The winner is obliged, if requested by the above company, to declare their victory on the company\'s Facebook page and to promote photographic material with the prizes they won.

No purchase is necessary to participate in the competition.

Participants are solely responsible for the full and correct completion and submission of their details. The organizer relies on the correctness, truth, and legality of the participants\' declarations and is not obligated nor is able to verify them. Incomplete or incorrect or false completion of the participants\' details grants the organizer the right to cancel their participation in the competition. Participants must behave within the limits of good faith and customary ethics throughout the contest\'s duration and not tarnish the organizer\'s image. Otherwise, the latter, at its sole discretion, may cancel entries, thus preventing them from participating in the contest.

The competition is exclusively conducted online. Participants expressly declare that they have accepted the Facebook & Instagram registration terms and, consequently, waive any related claims against the organizing company. Also, participants in the competition must have an active email address. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for any damage that may occur on Facebook and the page (https://www.facebook.com/luigifootwear/) resulting from the temporary or permanent suspension of the contest or the cancellation of some entries due to technical issues. The organizer bears no responsibility in case of technical problems during the user\'s internet connection, due to unforeseen equipment failures (force majeure), telecommunications network issues, or technical equipment and software failures.

The right and opportunity to participate in the competition exist only during its duration, as defined above. Any attempt to participate before or after the aforementioned contest dates is void.

The prize is specific, personal, and cannot be exchanged or requested for replacement with another or redemption for cash at any price. The prize to be awarded under these terms is provided in the condition in which it exists.
The responsibility of the organizer, LuigiFootwear, ends with the completion of the competition in which the winners are selected. LuigiFootwear is not liable for any defects or lack of properties of the gifts.

The organizer\'s liability is limited exclusively to the provision of the specified above prizes. The enterprise bears no criminal or civil liability towards any winner or third party for any accident that may occur and/or damage and/or bodily or other injury that may be caused to them related directly or indirectly to the gifts and their use or for any other cause.
Participants have and acquire no rights over the trademarks, names, symbols, and other distinctive signs of the organizer.

The results of the draw cannot be contested or challenged by any legal means.

The winner, at any stage even that of prize utilization, may be excluded for the following reasons: (a) if, for any reason, they do not fully accept these terms in their entirety, which are all considered essential (b) if their participation does not meet any of the terms of this document (c) if any of the information they declared is false. (d) if for any reason, the attempt to communicate with the winner for the utilization of the prize is unsuccessful (e) if for any reason the winner is not found as determined above or found late for the utilization of the prize. If participation is canceled after the award of the prize, the company reserves the right, in addition to any other claim, to request the prize that will have been awarded. Upon the expiration of the competition\'s duration and the award of the prize to the winner, any obligation of the organizer ceases, and the latter assumes no future obligation towards the participants in the above competition.

The organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to unilaterally amend all the terms of the present competition and the draw that follows, to shorten or extend its duration, to interrupt, cancel or annul this competition. Any such amendment will be submitted to the Notary, where these terms have been deposited and will be an integral part of them and will take effect from their posting on the website https://www.luigi.com.gr
The organizing company bears no responsibility, for reasons relating to an incident that constitutes force majeure, prevents it from fulfilling the obligations arising from this document, and is exempt from mutual and harmless obligations.

Applicable law is Greek law. For the resolution of any dispute related to the competition, regarding the validity, interpretation, and application of any term of the competition and in general concerning any issue related to the competition, whether during its conduct or after its conclusion, including actions related to the taking of precautionary measures and execution, the Courts of Thessaloniki are exclusively competent.

These competition terms are exclusively valid and override any previous ones deposited with a notary. Participation in the competition implies the unconditional acceptance of the above terms and the waiver of any claims against the organizer.

Any participant or third party is entitled to obtain, at their own expense, an exact copy of these terms as they have been deposited with the above Notary.
